Rushelle McPherson is currently the Recruitment and Marketing Manager at The Kaizen Company since April 2020. Rushelle previously worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Counterpart International and Recruiter at DAI. Prior to that, Rushelle served as a Recruiter at Crown Agents, focusing on proposal recruiting and recruitment & selection. Rushelle also worked as a National Recruitment Coordinator at DialogueDirect and an Account Manager at 1919, Inc. Rushelle holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics and International Relations with a year in Japan from the University of Kent and a degree in East Asian Studies and International Relations from Musashi University.
