Eduardo Fernandez is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in international development and stabilization efforts. Currently serving as a Senior Transition Advisor at The Kaizen Company since December 2019, Eduardo provides advisory support for SWIFT 5 IDIQ programs. Previous roles include Senior Advisor and Chief of Party at Creative Associates International, where responsibilities encompassed managing USAID/OTI projects in Cameroon and Nigeria addressing violence and extremism. Eduardo has held senior advisory positions at Public Management Group and RTI International, overseeing programs related to transition and stabilization. As Director of Stabilization at Casals and Associates, and Chief of Party at DAI, Eduardo led efforts in post-conflict management and confidence-building initiatives. Eduardo's career also includes significant roles at the International Union for Conservation of Nature, where coordination of the Sustainable Use Initiative took place, as well as various leadership positions within the Swiss Agency for Development and Cooperation. Eduardo holds a Doctorate in Anthropology with a focus on Amazonian Anthropology from Catholic University of Peru.
