William Keating is an experienced technical professional with a robust background in systems engineering, technical writing, and network security. Currently serving as a Systems Engineer Technical Writer at The JPI Group since April 2023, William consults on the Space Weather Follow On Antenna Network. Previous roles include Technical Writer at Actalent, where responsibilities involved creating a Maintenance Manual for the FAA, and documenting FAA policies related to drone operations at The Regulatory Group. Additionally, William has extensive experience as a Network Engineer/Security Analyst at MTI Systems, where ground systems networks for NASA projects were designed and maintained, and as a Lead Consultant Engineer at Verizon, where innovative network designs were developed. William holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology and a Master's degree in Cybersecurity from the University of Maryland.
