Andrea Garcia-Fernandez is a Strategic Workforce Planning Consultant at The JPI Group since August 2024, specializing in developing talent pipelines and workforce solutions through data-driven strategies. Andrea's prior experience includes serving as Sr. Market Operations Manager at Opportunity@Work and Corporate Engagement Strategist-Consultant at the Inter-American Development Bank.
