Ami Campbell has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. They most recently served as the Chief Growth Officer at Josselyn, where they were responsible for driving the organization's growth through resource development, marketing, and engagement. Prior to that, Ami held the position of Senior Director of Development at Josselyn, where they established major gift strategies and managed core individual major gift portfolios.
Before joining Josselyn, Ami founded and served as the President of Claire Day LLC, a strategic and marketing consulting firm for non-profit clients. They worked closely with boards, senior leadership, and project teams to meet client objectives, focusing on strategic objectives, analytics, campaigns, brand development, and program execution.
Ami also has experience as a Consultant and Researcher at Brandtrust, where they provided marketing insights to clients using data collected through one-on-one interviews. They applied Brandtrust's social science-based methodology to gather market direction and support client services.
Additionally, Ami served as the Chief Administrative Officer at LaSalle Street Church and as a Senior Case Team Leader at Monitor Deloitte earlier in their career.
Ami Campbell has a Bachelor's degree in Economics and English from Mount Holyoke College (1988-1992) and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Marketing and Strategy from Harvard Business School (1995-1997).
