Ronald V. DaVella has served as a director since the initial public offering in 2014. DaVella also serves as a financial advisor or director for Manufacturing Succession Holding, Universal Health, Multiomics, Universal Health Group, Delta Dental of Arizona, NorthStar Security, and as Vice Chair of the Strategic Advisory Board of Aura Ventures. Previously, he served as an executive or director of Deloitte & Touche, Mobile Holdings Properties, Alkaline Water Co., NanoFlex Power Corp., and Amazing Lash Studio where he was also a franchisee.

DaVella earned a BS in accounting from Queens College and an MBA in finance from Pace University. He is a certified public accountant (CPA) in the state of Arizona.
