Matthew E. Rubel has served as a director since June 2017. Additionally, Rubel serves as Executive Chair of KidKraft, Inc., and Chair of Holley, Inc. and Mid Ocean Partners Private Equity Consumer Group. Previously, he served as director for Hudson’s Bay Co., HSNi, the holding company of HSN, Cornerstone Brands, and Treehouse Foods, Inc., as well as in advisory, director, and executive roles for Varsity Brands, Roark Capital Group, TPG Capital, L.P., TPG Growth, Collective Brands, Inc., Cole Haan, J. Crew Group, Popular Club Plan and numerous other multi-national retail companies and consumer brands.

In 2010, Rubel became a Presidential Appointee to the House Advisory Council on Trade Policy Negotiation.

Rubel earned a BS from Ohio University and an MBA from the University of Miami.
