Nimisha Sharma is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in architecture and real estate development. Currently serving as Section Supervisor at The Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory since September 2023, Sharma previously held the position of Director at the Office of Real Estate and Economic Development- The Secretary's Office, MDOT, from March 2017 to August 2023. Additionally, Sharma was part of the Leadership Maryland Class of 2018 and worked as Team Leader for the Office of Real Estate and Economic Development with the State of Maryland from October 2012 to March 2017. Prior experience includes serving as Architect Project Lead at STV from August 2005 to October 2012. Sharma holds a Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch.) from BMS School of Architecture in Bangalore, India, and has furthered professional development through Leadership Maryland from 2018 to the present, with credentials including RA, PMP, and LEED AP BDC.
