Gary Bower is a seasoned Production Manager currently at The Ringling since August 2022, with extensive experience in technical management and lighting design. Previous roles include Production Head at FiveCurrents, Technical Manager at Gestion Créative Perreault-Samson, and Technical Manager for a Dubai project at The Producers Group. Gary's notable tenure as Resident Technical Director at Dragone involved overseeing seven technical teams for the House of Dancing Water, the world's largest water-based show. Prior experience includes Head of Lighting at Dragone-Taboo and Head of Lighting for Cirque du Soleil's Alegria, where responsibilities included maintaining consistent lighting across global performances. Gary began the career as Resident Lighting and Sound Designer at Playhouse on the Square and holds an MFA in Technical Theatre from The University of Memphis and a BA in Theatre from Louisiana Tech University.
