Mark Halliday is an experienced IT support specialist currently employed at The JDI Group since July 2022. Prior to this role, Mark served as a material handler at Precision Strip, Inc. and as a database administrator at Noth Naples Church. With a background in SharePoint development and operations management at American Rail Center, Mark has demonstrated expertise in building custom components and streamlining business processes. Mark also has previous experience as an IT support specialist at endevis and National Flight Services, Inc., providing technical assistance for various computer systems and hardware. Mark holds an Associate of Applied Science in Computer Network Systems from ITT Technical Institute and a high school diploma from Sylvania Northview High School.
