Kelsey Finucan has a diverse work experience spanning from 2005 to the present. Kelsey began their career as an Accounting Intern at Ohio Cat in 2007 and then worked as an Office Assistant at Spilman, Hills & Heidebrink, Ltd. until 2008. Kelsey then joined Findley Davies, Inc. as a Consultant, where they worked until 2015. In 2015, they joined The MetroHealth System as a Manager, Employee Benefits | Human Resources, and later became the Director, Benefits | Human Resources. During this time, they were responsible for managing employee benefit programs and leading a team of professionals. In 2018, Kelsey joined Oswald Companies as a Client Executive and worked their way up to becoming the Senior Client Executive | Team Leader, Global Accounts Practice. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President, Large Market Practice Leader at Oswald Companies.
