Kim Beng Phar is a highly experienced professional with a diverse background in academia, policy advising, and leadership. Currently serving as a Monthly Columnist for The Edge Malaysia and holding multiple roles including General Manager for Braintrust Private Limited (Asia Pacific) and Senior Policy Advisor for BlueBridge Education, Kim has also contributed to HarvardX as an Associate Research Fellow since 2017. As the founder of both the Strategic Pan Indo-Pacific Arena and Echo Strategic Insight Private Limited, Kim has established significant partnerships across various global locations. Previous roles include Director of Political and Security Community at The ASEAN Secretariat and Chief Operating Officer at Albukhary International University. Kim holds multiple advanced degrees, including a Doctor of Philosophy from The Fletcher School at Tufts University and a Doctor of Arts from Meiji University, underscoring a solid academic foundation in political science and international relations.
