Shefali Gupta is a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead with experience in various roles. Shefali worked at Cognizant from October 2014 to September 2019, where they led a team of developers and successfully delivered critical projects. Shefali was also responsible for production support, DevOps, continuous integration, and release activities. From September 2019 to May 2020, Shefali pursued an M.Sc in Information Systems Management at the National University of Ireland, Galway, focusing on integrating technological solutions with business to increase value. In June and July 2020, they worked as a Senior Software Engineer Team Lead at #ONO, and since July 2020, they have been working as a Software Development Lead at The Irish Times.

Shefali Gupta completed their Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Lakshmi Narain College of Technology in 2014. Shefali then pursued a Master of Science degree in Management Information Systems and Services from the University of Galway in 2019-2020.
