Laura Hernandez, MEd, is an experienced educator currently serving as a Pod Leader at The International Montessori School of Hong Kong since January 2022, where responsibilities include supporting teachers in the implementation of AMI Montessori pedagogy and maintaining a prepared learning environment. Previous roles include AMI Montessori Elementary Guide and Learning Support Montessori Guide, showcasing a commitment to individualized student support and collaboration with various stakeholders.
