Mladen Vukmir is a prominent professional in the fields of intellectual property and mediation, currently serving as a member of the International Trademark Association's Emerging Issues and Brands for Better Society Committees, as well as the Mediation Project Team. Vukmir is the founding partner of Vukmir & Associates, LLC, and has held various leadership roles within the European Communities Trade Mark Association, including President and Supervisory Board Member. Vukmir is also a member of the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes Panel of Conciliators and an adjunct lecturer at Georg-August-Universität Göttingen. Additionally, Vukmir has served as a Distinguished Neutral at the CPR Institute, a member of the ICC Commission on Intellectual Property, and the Royal Honorary Consul General in Zagreb. Educational credentials include an LL.M. in Intellectual Property from UNH Franklin Pierce School of Law and a law degree from the University of Zagreb.
