Natalie StClair is a Methane Environment and Energy Analyst at the International Energy Agency (IEA) since July 2023, previously serving as a Policy Analyst Intern at the same organization from September 2022 to May 2023. In this role, Natalie conducted policy tracking and analysis for various projects, contributing to significant publications related to methane emissions and critical minerals. Prior experience includes managing energy efficiency projects at The Energy Coalition, and various research and coordination roles in organizations such as the University of Kentucky and Instituto de la Naturaleza y la Sociedad de Oaxaca. Academic credentials include a Master in Public Policy from Sciences Po focused on Energy, Environment, and Sustainability Policy, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Economics and Spanish from the University of Kentucky. Currently pursuing education at Universidad Adolfo Ibáñez, Universidad Autónoma Benito Juárez de Oaxaca, and Christ University in Bangalore.
