Tianmu Xin is an Associate Researcher at The Institute of High Energy Physics (IHEP) since November 2020, with prior experience as an Assistant Physicist at Brookhaven National Laboratory from April 2018 to September 2020, and as a Research Assistant at Stony Brook University from June 2010 to July 2016. While at Stony Brook University, Tianmu Xin studied the hydrogenation of CVD Diamond Amplifier and tested the emission properties in a DC system, and was a key member of the design and commissioning group for the 112 MHz superconducting RF electron injector. Tianmu Xin is pursuing a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Accelerator Physics at Stony Brook University, having previously obtained a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Engineering in Physics from Peking University, as well as experience at Waseda University in 2008-2009.
