Dianah Njeri Igati serves as the Regional Head of Compliance-APAC and Company Secretary at Pepperstone, managing regulatory compliance and AML/CFT risk functions across multiple jurisdictions, including ASIC, DFSA, SCB, and FSC. With a strong background in compliance and legal matters, Dianah has previously held roles such as General Counsel and Chief Compliance & MLRO at Scope Markets Kenya, where responsibilities included developing governance and operational procedures. Experience also includes positions at EGM Securities, Capital Markets Authority, and Children Rights Advocacy and Legal Aid Foundation. Dianah holds a Master's degree in Finance and Financial Law from SOAS University of London and various qualifications, including certifications in law and compliance from multiple institutions.
