Marysol Imler RN MBA is a seasoned healthcare professional with extensive experience in emergency services and operations management. Currently serving as a Senior Consultant at The Innova Group since May 2019, Imler also maintains clinical skills as an ER Registered Nurse with EM RN since 2004. Previous roles include Director of Emergency Services at Methodist Health System, where administrative responsibilities encompassed a high-volume children's emergency room and outpatient clinic, and Chief Operations Officer at Gastroenterology Consultants of San Antonio, managing operations for a large GI practice. As Vice President of Operations at Five Star ER/US Acute Care Solutions, oversight was provided for multiple freestanding emergency rooms. Imler has also contributed as a Strategic and Operations Planner at HKS, Independent Consultant at Iyuda Consultants, and Consultant at Noblis. Marysol Imler holds a Master of Business Administration in Health Care Administration from Western Governors University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center.
