Tom Adlam serves as the Head of Food at The Inn Collection Group since August 2022. Prior to this role, Tom spent five years as the Food and Beverage Operations Manager at Fenwick, overseeing operational support and menu development across various restaurants in the UK. Tom began their career in hospitality at Tyneside Cinema, where Tom was part of the opening team and later became the Operations Manager for the Tyneside Bar Cafe and Vicolo. Tom's culinary journey started at 21 Hospitality Group as a Senior Sous Chef, where significant contributions included being part of the opening team for 21 Trinity Gardens and supporting multiple restaurant operations within the group.
