Mary Yates has a strong background as a paralegal, with their most recent role being Vice President at The Inland Real Estate Group of Companies, Inc. Mary started in this position in July 2007 and is currently still employed there. Prior to that, they worked as a Senior Paralegal at Equity Office Properties Trust from June 1997 to May 2007.

Mary Yates obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree in Paralegal Studies from Generations College from 1976 to 1978. From 1981 to 1984, they pursued a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Business/Accounting at Governors State University.
