Nicholai Hansen is an experienced engineering and sales professional currently serving as Head of Engineering at The Information since March 2021, after holding roles as a Software Engineering Manager and Software Engineer. Prior experience includes software engineering at LiveStack, where Nicholai developed applications for livestream events and algorithms for contact recommendations. In the solar sector, Nicholai excelled as Regional Sales Manager at LA Solar Group, generating over $6 million in revenue, and held various positions at Vivint Solar, focusing on customer relations and project management. Early career experiences include project management and engineering roles at Manson Construction Co. and internships with the City of Los Angeles and Fund for the Public Interest. Nicholai holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from UCLA and is currently pursuing additional education at Rithm School.
