Blake Poston currently serves as the Assistant Director of Lending Operations at the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP) since May 2022, following experience as a Multi Unit Manager at H&R Block and a Junior Mortgage Underwriter at Keller Mortgage. With a robust background in financial services, Blake previously worked as a Private Wealth Advisor at Carson Estates and Trusts and held roles at the Florida Housing Finance Corporation, where responsibilities included mortgage-related underwriting and program assistance for the Hardest Hit Fund. Additional experience includes positions at HomeInstead Senior Care, The Florida Bar, and internships within the judicial and military compensation sectors. Blake holds a Bachelor of Science in Social Science from Florida State University, a Master's in Nonprofit Management from the University of Central Florida, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
