Thomas Storm's work experience began in 2007 with Total Concept Projects, where they worked as an Audio Visual & Electronics Technician until June 2009. From June 2009 to March 2012, Thomas worked as a Security Technician at ProSpec Security. In March 2012, they joined Complete Timber Packaging Solutions as a Product Development & Manufacturing Assistant, a role they held until December 2015. Thomas then joined Norwest Christian College as a Facilities Assistant in December 2015. Currently, Thomas is working at THE ICONIC as a Process Engineer, starting from July 2021.

Thomas Storm completed their education in the field of Business, with a focus on Logistics and Supply Chain Management. From 2017 to 2020, they attended RMIT University and obtained a Bachelor of Business degree in Logistics & Supply Chain Management. Prior to that, they completed a Certificate IV in Small Business Management at the Australian College of Commerce & Management in 2015. In addition to their formal education, Thomas also obtained a certification in Six Sigma Foundations from LinkedIn in November 2022.
