Edward Koopman is an experienced leader and board member, currently serving on the Leadership Council of Sofina since April 2015 and holding board positions at Nuxe Group, The Hut Group, and GL events. With a strong background in investment and corporate governance, Edward was a founding partner at Value Ventures and a partner at Cognetas, where strategic management of European investments was emphasized. Previous experience includes managerial roles at Bain & Company and Baring Brothers, focusing on strategy, operational improvement, and cross-border M&A transactions. Edward's educational qualifications include degrees from emlyon business school and INSEAD, along with French and Dutch baccalaureates.
