John Chiang served as the 33rd state treasurer of California from 2015-2019. Previously, Chiang served as the 31st California state controller from 2007-2015 and represented the 4th district on the California Board of Equalization from 1997-2007. Chiang currently serves as counsel at the Ideal Legal Group, Inc. in Alhambra, California.
