Emily Chavis, M.Ed., is a research associate at James Bell Associates since November 2023 and has held positions at The Hunt Institute as both associate policy analyst and policy analyst since April 2021. Chavis holds a Master of Education in Education Policy from the University of Washington, obtained in 2020, and a Bachelor of Arts in American Indian and Indigenous Studies, with minors in Education and Social and Economic Justice, from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, completed in 2019.
