AJ Mizes is a seasoned career coach and strategist, currently leading The Human Reach since June 2020, where Mizes developed the Career Amp System designed to achieve guaranteed hiring results for clients, typically securing new roles within 5 to 10 weeks. Prior to this, Mizes held significant leadership roles at Meta, serving as Global Director of HR for Hardware, Reality Labs, where progressive promotions were achieved over six years. Mizes has also served as Vice President of People and Talent at Sungevity and as Managing Director with Premier Talent Partners, focusing on recruitment and organizational development. An active contributor to professional communities, Mizes has been featured in numerous media outlets and has previously held a position on the Board of Directors at Town Hall Theatre. Mizes holds a BS in Communication Management and Organizational Design from Ithaca College.
