Daniel Kochis is a Senior Fellow at the Hudson Institute's Center on Europe and Eurasia as of April 2024, previously serving as a Research Fellow in European Affairs at The Heritage Foundation from February 2013 to March 2024. During this tenure, Daniel specialized in trans-Atlantic security issues, publishing extensively and providing expert analysis across various media platforms. Prior roles include Senior Policy Analyst and Policy Analyst in European Affairs, as well as positions with the Margaret Thatcher Center for Freedom. Educational achievements include a Master’s degree in Political Science from Fordham University and a Bachelor’s degree in Politics from The Catholic University of America. Daniel has also contributed parliamentary evidence and participated in international study tours.
