Chelsea Berkey is a seasoned professional in research program management, currently serving as Senior Research Program Manager and Chief of Staff at The Hoover Institution, Stanford University, since September 2018. In this role, Chelsea oversees Lt. General McMaster's research team, coordinating diverse projects involving national security topics, oral histories, and Stanford courses. Prior experience includes acting as a Teaching Assistant at Stanford University for the Master in International Policy program and interning at The Wilson Center's Middle East Program. Chelsea's academic credentials include a PhD in War Studies from King's College London, a Master of Arts in International Policy focusing on Cyber Policy and Security, and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations and Affairs with a focus on Arabic, all from Stanford University.
