Matthew McCall, MSW-LCSW, serves as the Vice President of Community Services and New Business Development at The Home for Little Wanderers since February 2018. With extensive experience in workforce development, Matthew has held key positions including Chief Program Officer at More Than Words and Director of Workforce Learning and Development at The Home for Little Wanderers. As an adjunct faculty member at Simmons College from November 2016 to January 2021, Matthew taught advanced clinical practice courses. Matthew's clinical expertise includes providing intensive services through the Children's Community Support Collaborative and managing training programs for numerous agency initiatives. Matthew earned a Master of Social Work degree from Simmons University from 2004 to 2007.
