Jennifer Kropveld-Boucher has extensive experience in workforce learning and development, with a prominent role as the Director of Workforce Learning and Development at The Home for Little Wanderers since June 2004. Jennifer's career includes positions such as Consultant and Intern Program Manager and Milieu Director within the same organization. Prior to this, Jennifer served as Clinical Coordinator/Interim Program Director at Life Resources Inc. from May 2002 to March 2004 and worked as a Primary Counselor at Chestnut Health Systems from June 1998 to April 2001. Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Counseling Psychology from Illinois State University obtained between 1996 and 1999 and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Spanish from the University at Buffalo, where studies were completed from 1992 to 1996.
