Cathy O'Leary is a seasoned professional in the field of social services with extensive experience in leadership roles. Currently serving as the Vice President of Congregate Care at The Home for Little Wanderers since March 2020, Cathy previously held various positions at Eliot Community Human Services from 2004 to March 2020, including Service Director and Program Director. Cathy's career began at Walker, where the role of Assistant Director of Residential Programs was held from 1999 to 2004. Cathy O'Leary holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Social Sciences from Pepperdine University.
