Cade Thacker is an experienced software engineer with a diverse background in IT and programming, currently serving as a Principal Software Engineer at The Home Depot since May 2011, specializing as a Digital Master Plumber. Prior to this role, Cade held various positions including Lead IT Developer at The Home Depot, .NET Programmer for Lockheed Martin Aerospace working on C130J, and Senior Programmer at Crown Financial Ministries. Additionally, Cade is the owner of Cicada Networks, Inc., an "S" Corporation established to manage small projects and clients. Early career roles include System Administrator/Programmer at One Ring Group, Datacenter Technician at Google, and Systems Engineer at The Home Depot. Cade holds a BBA in Management Information Systems from The University of Georgia and is a graduate of Griffin High School and Woodward Academy.
