Joshua Salins has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2020 when they founded and became the Chief Executive Officer of The Hobby Tribe. In 2021, they were an Incubated Startup at Mainstage Incubator, a NEN Circle Fellow at Wadhwani Foundation, a Member at Dimensions Global, a Motivational Speaker at Delhi University, a Keynote Speaker at AIESEC in India, a Guest Speaker at Birla Institute of Management Technology (BIMTECH), a National Finalist at Global Student Entrepreneur Awards (GSEA), and a Guest Speaker at Alkesh Dinesh Mody Institute. In 2022, they were Accelerated by Expert Dojo.

Joshua Salins completed a Bachelor of Technology in Biomedical/Medical Engineering from DY Patil University between 2017 and 2021. Prior to that, they attended St. Xavier's College from 2015 to 2017, where they completed a Junior College in Science. Joshua attended Don Bosco High School from 2003 to 2015.
