James Billard has extensive experience in leadership and risk management, serving as a Board Member and President at SMACNA Greater Chicago since July 2005. In addition, James has held several key positions at The Hill Group since August 1993, including Vice President of Corporate Risk Management, Vice President of Operations, Manager of Support Services, and Manager of Logistics and Supply. Educational background includes attendance at Purdue University, where James studied from 1986 to 1990, as well as completion of studies at Lowell High School.
