Sarah Dixon, MBA-HRM, is an experienced Human Resource professional with over two decades of expertise in various HR functions. Currently serving as the Human Resource Manager at Hill and Griffith Company since May 2012, Sarah oversees HR operations, benefits administration, payroll, employee relations, and legal compliance. Prior experience includes a decade at Millennium Hotel Cincinnati as the Director of Human Resources, where Sarah directed labor relations, diversity management, and performance management, as well as negotiating with unions.
