M. Diane Koken is the current director at The Hershey Company. M. has a long and impressive work history, having served as vice chair of the International Commission on Holocaust Era Insurance Claims, commissioner of Pennsylvania's Insurance Department, and president of the National Association of Insurance Commissioners. Koken has been a board member of various companies and organizations, and has been instrumental in increasing enrollment in Pennsylvania's Children's Health Insurance Program.

M. Diane Koken has a J.D. from Villanova University Charles Widger School of Law and a BS Magna cum laude from Millersville University of Pennsylvania.
