Kate Maddaloni is an experienced recruitment professional with a strong background in campus recruiting and talent acquisition. Currently serving as a University Recruitment Specialist at The Hershey Company, Kate has previously held multiple roles at Bimbo Bakeries USA, including Campus Recruiting Specialist, Senior Campus Recruiter, and Senior Associate Recruiter. Earlier career experience includes roles with The BOSS Group as a Creative Recruiter and Sales and Recruiting Coordinator, and positions at Executive Health Resources as a Client Response Representative and Administrative Assistant. Kate began the professional journey as a Communication Intern at the Pennsylvania Dutch Convention & Visitors Bureau.
