Elizabeth Regar serves as Vice President of Total Rewards at The Hershey Company, with previous roles including Senior Director of Global Compensation and Mobility, and Director of Global Compensation. Prior to joining The Hershey Company, Elizabeth held positions at Sprint, where responsibilities included Manager of Compensation & HRIS and Personnel Administrator. Elizabeth holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration from Kutztown University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from Elizabethtown College.
