Carlton Robert Collins serves as Chief Education Officer at EDUC8theWORLD Ltd, a consultancy focused on innovative educational programming and organizational development. With extensive experience in advocacy, business development, and educational initiatives across multiple states, Carlton has played a pivotal role in various nonprofit and for-profit projects. As the Director of Programs & Special Projects for The Heights Movement, Carlton promotes social justice and economic empowerment. Carlton co-founded RISE Real Innovation and Solutions for Entrepreneurs to enhance minority-owned business growth and served as Founding Program Director for The Literacy Lab’s Leading Men Fellowship, supporting young men of color in education. Previous roles include Program Director at Lincoln Heights Outreach Inc., educational consultant for Era of the Engineer, and JCG Career Specialist at Cincinnati Youth Collaborative. Carlton holds a Bachelor of Arts in History from Morehouse College and a concentration in Child Development from Spelman College.
