Cathy Sykora is the founder of The Health Coach Group, established in 2011, where Cathy develops professional tools for health coaches that are physician approved. As an author, Cathy has created several health-related publications, including "Sharing the Health" and "The 12 Month Health Coach Program." Additionally, Cathy serves as President of a wellness program aimed at empowering practitioners, and has over four decades of experience in business and design as the CEO of Omaha Design Businesses. Cathy holds a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design from The Art Institute of Pittsburgh, various health and wellness certifications, and a Doctor of Naturopathy from Trinity School of Natural Health. Current education includes a Certificate in Applied Economics from Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of Public Health.
