Meghan Graham is an experienced professional currently serving as Assistant Vice President of Absence Management at The Hartford since November 2007. In this role, Meghan acts as Business Lead and Epic Owner for an Agile project aimed at enhancing the customer digital experience. Previous positions at The Hartford include Director of Leave Management, Claims Manager for Leave Management and Absence Management, and Manager of Long Term Disability, overseeing significant teams and departments responsible for various leave and claims processes. Meghan began their career as a Long Term Disability Analyst before transitioning to an Admissions Representative at Minnesota School of Business, where recruitment of adult students for career programs was a primary focus. Meghan holds a degree in Public Relations, Mass Communications, and Marketing from Winona State University.
