Janet Gill is an accomplished procurement executive with extensive experience in leading sourcing and procurement operations across various industries. Currently serving as SVP and Chief Procurement Officer at The Hartford since September 2019, Janet previously held the Chief Procurement Officer role at AIG from May 2010 to September 2019, overseeing a $2B spend portfolio in professional and business services. Janet's earlier roles include Director of Supply Chain Management at Bank of America, Director of Global Sourcing and Procurement Services at Merrill Lynch, and Director of Purchasing at Prudential Financial, where responsibilities encompassed managing vendor agreements, contract negotiations, and sourcing strategies. Janet holds a J.D. from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University and a B.S. from Boston College.
