Daniele Codega is a seasoned design professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. As a Partner and Design Director at Work & Co since November 2016, Daniele has contributed to innovative design solutions. Daniele also serves as a Venture Partner at 1984 Ventures, Advisor at Happy Broadcast, Inc. and Charter, and was Co-Founder & Head of Product at Olmo, where a platform for career advice was created. Previous roles include Creative Director at Elephant, Product Design Director at Huge, Head of Design and User Experience at Thomson Reuters, Head of Design at Snip.it, and Creative Director at The Huffington Post. Daniele holds a Bachelor of Communication Design from Politecnico di Milano and has also studied at RMIT University.
