Sal Mincolelli is an experienced IT administrator, currently working for The Hampshire Companies. Sal has over thirteen years of experience in the field, having worked previously as a systems analyst for GlaxoSmithKline.
At GlaxoSmithKline, Sal was responsible for administering a 350-node network in a Windows server and desktop environment. Sal also installed and troubleshot desktop and networking equipment, and provided network and desktop support for 200+ users. In addition, they were responsible for network backups and restores.
During their time at GlaxoSmithKline, Sal made several improvements to the network structure and functionality, including implementing network documentation (SOPs) and diagrams. Sal also increased the network capability and speed by implementing a LanTech refresh at the site, which included installing fiber and fiber switch upgrades. In addition, they integrated site-wide Wi-Fi, giving users wireless connectivity throughout the facility.
As Security Officer, Sal was also responsible for creating network IDs, granting network access, and putting through requests to access applications such as Prism and Navigation. Through numerous projects that required project management, they continued to implement and maintain a sound network environment in various phases of IT that allowed users to be productive and secure in the GlaxoSmithKline environment.

Sal Mincolelli has an associates degree in computer science from the Roberts Walsh School of Business and a certification in MCP, A+, and CNA. Sal also has a high school diploma in accounting from Essex Catholic High School.
