Victoria Bayter is an accomplished retail operations professional with extensive experience in various management roles across multiple companies. Currently serving as Retail Operations Manager at The Hair Shop since May 2024, Bayter previously held positions including Director of Retail Operations at Halo Collective Inc., Flagship Director at MedMen, and Global Flagship Manager at Dyson. Earlier career roles include Store Manager at The Art of Shaving and Lucky Brand, as well as Retail and Spa General Manager at Lush Fresh Handmade Cosmetics North America.
