Russ Forester has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Russ started their career as a Research Associate at Mitchell Madison Group in 1997 and worked there until 1999. In 2000, they joined Standard & Poor's as a Manager in Custom Solutions and subsequently moved to CNET Networks as a Research Manager.
In 2002, Russ began working at The Hain Celestial Group and held various roles during their tenure. Russ started as a Category Analyst and later became a Senior Manager in Category Development, overseeing all aspects of Category Management. In 2009, they were promoted to Director of Category Management and Customer Insights, responsible for building compelling selling stories and managing syndicated data relationships.
From 2011 to 2013, Russ served as the Sr. Director of Category Management, setting strategic goals and building category leadership stories across core categories. Russ then became the VP of Customer & Consumer Analytics from 2013 to 2016, before being promoted to SVP of Category Development, Insights & Analytics. In this role, they managed a team of 14 and played a key role in developing corporate sales strategy and reporting industry trends and performance to stakeholders.
In 2018, Russ also took on the role of a Board Member and Co Vice President at Naturally Boulder, further showcasing their commitment to the natural foods industry.
Russ Forester attended RCDS from 1986 to 1991, and then went on to study at Skidmore College from 1991 to 1995. No degree or field of study information was provided.
