James "Hank" Dragon, CHC, is a seasoned Project Manager at The Hagerman Group since September 2017, overseeing procurement in pre-construction and construction processes, project scheduling, risk management, and financial reporting for various projects, including the St. Vincent Williamsport Hospital Pharmacy Renovation. Previously, James served as a Project Engineer at The Whiting-Turner Contracting Company, where responsibilities included managing project schedules and coordinating with subcontractors on the Diageo Bulleit Distillery project. James's career began as a Transportation Engineer Intern at the Maryland State Highway Administration, focusing on construction inspections and quantity calculations, and also includes early experience in landscaping management. James holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from West Virginia University, earned between 2010 and 2015.
