Lisa Fann is a seasoned professional in client service and sales management, currently serving as a Senior Client Service Manager at The Greer Group since May 2015. In this role, Lisa manages a full life cycle recruiting desk, overseeing client service management, sourcing, recruiting, placement, on-boarding, candidate management, and marketing across various industries including pharmaceutical, medical, and finance. Prior to this position, Lisa was a Senior Sales Manager at Crate and Barrel from 2007 to 2014, where responsibilities included managing a home-store business that achieved an annual sales goal of 10 million dollars and leading the on-boarding process for new associates. Lisa holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Retail Marketing & Management from Johnson & Wales University, obtained in 2007, and a high school diploma from New Milford High School.
